Postpartum Preparation

  •    This package is for first-time 
      parents, or those who haven't 
       been in the baby game for a while and need a quick refresher 
            or just a little break.
   What You Get:
  • Resources: Feeding guidelines, basic baby care, safety tips, etc.
  • Nesting Assistance: Nesting looks different for everyone so whether it is running errands or helping setup nursery, I am here to help.
  • Sibling Care: If a babysitter falls through or you just need to take a nap, give me a call!







Daytime Doula Support

  •   Perfect for families who know
     they want care between the hours
      of 8 am and 8 pm. Whether that 
      be 1 hour or 12 hours, I will be 
               there to assist you!
   What You Get:
  • Breastfeeding Support: Tips and techniques for successful breastfeeding.
  • Emotional Well-Being: Gentle guidance for handling mood swings and stress.
  • Recovery Help: Assistance with physical recovery post-birth.

Overnight Doula Support

  •    Overnight support is provided 
     between the hours of 8 pm and 8 
     am. During this time you will be 
     sure to get much needed rest and 
       wake up to a tidied house and 
          breakfast to start your day.

   What You Get:
  • Sleep Schedule: Create a custom sleep plan for your baby.
  • Nighttime Routine: Learn effective pre-sleep rituals to calm your baby.
  • Follow-Up Support: We'll tweak the plan as needed to ensure success.

Postpartum Nanny Support

  •  Although you made it through your fourth trimester, you may still want or need assistance. Whether it be because you are returning back to work, waiting to get your child into a daycare, or just wanting an extra hand, I will be there to tend to you and your child. This is for children 3 months to 3 years old.

   What You Get:
  • A weekly lesson plan of age appropriate activities that will help develop your child’s social, emotional, and physical development skills.
  • Feeding support: From bottle feeding to solid foods, I will be there to support you and your child during this transition. 
    • Naptime/Sleep Routine: Together we will establish the best sleep routine for your child.
    • Most importantly, I will care for the wellbeing of your child(ren) as well as the wellbeing of the family as a whole!
